Mid-State Composite Squadron 239 of the Civil Air Patrol announces the recent promotions of Cadet Dustin Moskel and Cadet Nick Bloom.  Both were promoted to the rank of Cadet Senior Airman.  C/SrA Moskel is a 7^th grader in the Philipsburg Osceola Area School District and C/SrA Bloom is a 7^th grader in the West Branch Area School District.

Mid-State Composite Squadron 239 is based at Mid-State Regional Airport near Philipsburg.  Weekly meetings rotate through a schedule of drill, leadership, aerospace education, moral leadership, and emergency services training.
